The speaker on the night is Niamh Aspell who will answer your questions about the topic of ‘Nutrition and Dementia.’
As well as being a volunteer with the cafe, Niamh is a registered Nutritionist having completed her BSc. in Human Nutrition in 2013. Her research interests include nutrition and ageing, in particular the impact micronutrients may have on brain health.
